Over the years, he has accumulated extensive experience working on diverse projects, including Renovations & Additions, New Homes, Multi-Unit Developments, Apartment Buildings, Shops, Offices, Factories/Warehouses, and Multi-Story Buildings.
David has held the status of a registered Building Practitioner since the mid-1980s and has been a dedicated member of the Housing Industry Association for over 25 years. His commitment to excellence and wealth of knowledge make him a seasoned professional in the field.
Before joining the Patterson Homes team, Jorge dedicated 16 years to the prefabricated timber industry, serving as a designer and detailer for engineered floor and roof trusses.
